By requesting the deletion of your data, you acknowledge and agree that all personal data associated with your GymRat account — including but not limited to your profile information, workout history, progress records, preferences, and any other data stored in our systems — will be permanently and irreversibly deleted.

Once the deletion process is completed, this action cannot be undone. We will not be able to recover any of your data. You will lose access to all content and history tied to your account.

Your request will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection regulations (including GDPR). Please allow up to 30 days for the deletion to be fully carried out.
